My STORY
About Me
My Life
I was born in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was given a name and a blessing at my church from my dad. I made a friend name Travis. We did played games around our bikes, have sleep overs and did everything together. I went to Kindergarten. I went to Elementary School. As First grade year was going on, I needed extra help in reading and writing. My math was excellent though. The school did not want to give me the help I needed, and with many issues my parents had at there jobs we decided to move where my dad grew up at. So we went to Ohio. I was 7 at the time. When I got to Ohio, the curriculum at York Elementary School, for me, was just as difference and hard, so I got push back to Kindergarten. When I got to first grade again, I still need the extra help, but York didn’t like to have that “special” class in their school. I ended up needing to go to Lyme School. Everything turn around when I was there as I got the extra help I needed. Also, I end up on the Merit and Honor Roll’s several times. I pick up and still play an Alto Saxophone. I follow Lyme by Bellevue Jr. High where I pick-up the Baritone Saxophone and played both instruments in Bellevue High School. I graduated high school on June 5, 2005. As the years when by my mother’s father health was fading so we all came and moved to Utah to help and be by him.
Came to Utah and work for a year at Deseret Industries to get money for my church mission. While there my grandpa died and I was able to be bury him in the end. I moved on in my life and when on my church mission from August 2006 till August 2008. Then I work for a year at Cinemark Layton And XD (Cinemark) to get money to start college. I started college at Snow Collage in fall 2009. I stayed at Snow College as I could get a lot of classes done at a cheaper price than an university. Took the summers off, as I had no money, and kept employment at Cinemark. Graduated with my Associates degree in Computer Science May 2013. In August 2013 I went to Utah State University. While at Cinemark I worked at the Concession Stand, User and Box Office. Cinemark would have weekend contest on a combo meal or items to sell, and monthly contest ranging from most t-shirts to most gift cards sold in a month. Every week and month I would be in one of the top three spots if I didn’t win first place. I’m always the one to beat as I’m the top seller at Cinemark. Not just one year but every year I been there. In May 2019 I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and minor in Business. Now in 2020 I’m here looking for a job in Computer Science and will see where life takes me to next.
